We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To initiate a return, please email us at merchlatanyaalberto@outlook.com with your order number. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can assess the problem and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping
The estimated delivery time depends on the country. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. All shipping prices includes VAT. Please be aware that delivery times might be affected during the holidays and sale periods.Deliveries within the Netherlands and Belgium:
All orders placed before 3 pm on working days, will be delivered within the next 3 to 7 working days. We offer standard shipping to your preferred address or you can pick up your order at a Pick-up point whenever suits you best. Please be advised you will need to show an ID document when picking up your order.
Deliveries within the European Union:
From 7 to 20 working days
